Everyone uses certain tools to do their job. Some tools do a great job at what they are supposed to do. Others, not so much. In my day-to-day work, I’ve acquired a pretty good collection of tools and products that love and use every day. So, of course, I want to share them with all of you!

List of 11 Office Products
- The first thing on our list is this Doxie Portable Scanner. This little thing is amazing! It’s compact, fast, and does a really great job scanning documents and pictures. We purchased one a few years back and it has performed flawlessly.
- HP Laserjet Pro M118dw. Looking for a solid laser printer that doesn’t need color? The Laserjet Pro M118 is a great pick. The printer can be run wired or wirelessly on your network, which is a must anymore. It has all the features you actually need, without all the extra fluff that you never use.
- We are Mac people and have been for quite some time. And, in a world where everyone is always using laptops, I still like a good desktop. Big desktops! This means I absolutely love my 27inch iMac. Is there anyone that doesn’t appreciate a nice big computer screen? Even though I work in a small place, I have to make room for one of these and even a few of our next list items.
- LG 27inch 4K monitor. Actually, I have two of these. Multiple monitors make work much easier, no matter what kind of work you do on your computer. I’ve also learned through experience that the screen quality of a monitor matters a lot. Inexpensive monitors just don’t have the clarity you really need, even if you’re just reading text. The clarity of these LGs is fantastic.
- Though I love and prefer to work on a desktop, laptops are always handy to have around. Since we love our Macs and I also love big screens, my pick is this 16inch MacBook Pro. It’s a bit more beefed up than the standard 16inch MacBook Pro. That means it will still not be totally outdated for several years to come.
- 12.9inch iPad Pro. In this day and age, tablets are one of the handiest pieces of technology around. Once again if it has a screen, go big or go home! I’m not sure I could live without my iPad anymore. It has to go on my list.
- Apple Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad and Apple Magic Mouse. The Magic Keyboard and Mouse are a great addition to any Mac. Yes, they come included with iMac desktops, but the included keyboards do not have the keypad. Some of the older Mac wireless keyboards and mice were not very good. This new design is much better though.
- Razer Gigantus Gaming Mouse Pad. I absolutely love my maple live-edge desk. It is absolutely beautiful. My mouse, on the other hand, does not. It simply does not want to track. But, this Gaming Mouse Pad has come to the rescue. The mouse pad is also big enough that I do not always have to lift and re-place my mouse.
- BILA Ergonomic Wrist Support. If you spend many hours using a computer mouse, wrist support can be a real game-changer. The fact that the wrist support is not made into the mouse pad is big. The support can be placed anywhere you want it to.
- Rocket Book. Do you find it easier to make handwritten notes than to type them somewhere? Wouldn’t be nice to have those notes organized on your computer or hard drive? This is exactly what the Rocket Book does. You have an erasable notebook that you write in. Then you take pictures of the notes with your device and the notes are automatically sent to one of 7 storage locations of your choosing. You just have to mark one of the symbols on the bottom of the page. The Rocket Book is one of my favorite things, ever!
- Pilot FriXion Erasable Gel Pens. If you are going to get or already have one of the Rocket Books mentioned above. I have to recommend the Pilot FriXion Pens. These pens are one of the best things to use on your Rocket Book or anywhere else you need to use an erasable pen.
That is our list. Yes, it’s an odd number list, but why make an even-numbered list like everyone else? Plus, 11 is a prime number, who doesn’t love a prime number?
